We are looking for individuals who have the drive to build, maintain and grow carrier relationships. Applicants must have a minimum 1-2 years of Carrier Sales or Dispatch experience. Dispatchers must be highly motivated to learn and transition into brokerage. This position’s compensation will be a combination of base salary and commission. High performers will be supported with operations teams built underneath them. We want to grow around our people and set them up for long-term career success.

What you will be doing:

The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing and procuring carrier services, using proactive sales and negotiation skills while always focusing on growing long-term relationships, financial goals and servicing our customers. Knowledge of Mcleod is a plus!​

Friday and Monday shifts will be in office between 2-10 PM CEST, Saturday and Sunday will be remote between 2 PM to midnight CEST.

Salary:

$1,000 net (depending on experience) plus 2.5% of gross margin for every load you book.

The commission is paid out every month.
