About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technology—translating requirements into effective F&O solutions that drive value for our clients.

You’ll collaborate closely with international stakeholders, developers, and consultants to ensure seamless implementation, adoption, and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&O across key business areas, including finance, supply chain, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
  • Collaborate with the technical team to configure, test, and deploy F&O functionalities.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and user training sessions.
  • Perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements leveraging F&O features.
  • Support data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
  • Prepare documentation for business processes, workflows, and configurations.
  • Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) releases and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field — or equivalent 7+ years of experience in relevant industries such as manufacturing, retail, or distribution.
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes in at least one of the following: finance, supply chain, procurement, production, or project operations.
  • Knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle F&O implementations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of F&O modules configuration, workflows, and reporting tools would be a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX) or a similar ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite would be a great plus.
