What We Look For:

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven Training Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will promote LEORON’s comprehensive portfolio of products and services, provide customized solutions to clients, and ensure continuous high-end customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify new prospects.
• Maintain and grow strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Perform and follow up on sales presentations.
• Nurture client relationships through various channels.
• Address client needs by providing tailored training solutions.
• Advertise public courses on social media.
• This role may requires travel to GCC countries for client meetings and course delivery.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Resilience for outbound calling and list-building.
