Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.
 

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business leads to support our sales pipeline. This role requires strong research skills, persistence, and the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers across industries.

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 2pm – 10pm; on-site in Skopje
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify prospective B2B clients who are suitable for outsourcing services.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn and email campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Develop and manage outbound lead generation strategies including cold emailing, cold calling, and social outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on company size, industry, and outsourcing needs.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in Zoho CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Schedule discovery calls or meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Track KPIs such as email open rates, response rates, and conversion rates (if email campaign).
 

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or similar role for US market is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g.  Zoho) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels is an advantage.
