The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond manual market research and grow into a modern Revenue Marketing & Outreach Specialist.
At InventU, research is directly connected to business growth. You will identify relevant companies, map decision-makers, analyze industries, track competitors, and uncover commercial opportunities across fast-growing sectors such as circular materials, sustainable care, renewable fuels, AI, and other innovation-driven industries.
You will use modern research methods and digital tools to build targeted company databases, qualify potential clients, support sales outreach, and provide strategic insights that help InventU understand who to approach, why they matter, and how they fit into the market.
What You Will Do
Conduct market research to identify trends, companies, stakeholders, competitors, and commercial opportunities.
Support lead generation by researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, enriching company data, and building qualified prospect lists.
Use the latest research tools, company websites, industry databases, LinkedIn, event platforms, reports, and market publications to collect, verify, and organize accurate market information.
Analyze market trends and prepare clear reports that support sales, marketing, production, and management decisions.
Support quantitative research projects, including data collection, segmentation, comparison, and interpretation.
Present findings in a practical, business-focused way that helps the company identify where opportunities exist and how to approach them.

Ideal Profile
We are looking for someone curious, analytical, organized, and motivated to grow with modern tools and methods.
You should have:
Excellent English, both verbal and written
Basic understanding of business and market analysis
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Understanding of research methods
Interest in lead generation and business development
Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
As a plus, we consider any experience with research tools, LinkedIn, data enrichment platforms, or lead-generation workflows.
