Our Client is Colgate-Palmolive, a worldwide consumer products company focused on the production, distribution and provision of household, health care and personal care products. For their office in Skopje, Dekra is looking for: Customer Development Manager (m/f)

 

Job description:

• Delivering net sales, volume, net profit after tax (NPAT) and market share targets for a group of customers for the markets of Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo;
• Ensures a well-established relationship with business partners in general
• Prepares monthly analysis reports;
• Maintains relationship with trade partners;
• Plays an integral role in using a team approach across all functional areas (Retail Marketing, Finance and Logistics) and working closely with distributors to develop business and profitable growth;
• Travelling required.

 

Required qualifications:

• Min. BA degree, preferably, but not limited to Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields;
• 3-5 years of FMCG experience, managing teams or cooperating with distributors
• Fluency in English language, preferably business English;
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PPT.

 

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Sales and marketing analysis;
• Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics; 
• Highly developed teamwork skills but also ability to work independently and be highly self-organized with min supervision required;
• High level of communication and negotiating skills.
