Recruiter 

Position Objective: 

We are seeking an energetic Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle and support broader HR initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various platforms. 
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation. 
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and candidate databases. 
• Actively use social media networks and alternative sourcing channels to build a diverse talent pipeline. 
• Support the HR department in developing and implementing HR policies, practices, and procedures. 
• Proactively take ownership of tasks and projects without needing direct supervision. 
• Meet and engage with potential new clients to support business development initiatives within the recruitment function. 

Who You Are: 

• Fluent in spoken and written English. 
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a broader HR role. 
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Capable of independently managing responsibilities while also being a strong team player. 
• Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, flexibility, discretion, and resilience.
