Production Engineer

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering disciplines,
• Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing methods,
• Preferably experienced in SAP, ERP, or MRP systems,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Team player with strong communication skills,
• Fluent in Turkish and Macedonian; proficiency in English is preferred,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Skopje or surrounding areas,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed,
• Able to adapt to shift work and a fast-paced work environment,
• Willing to participate in a 2 to 6-month training program at our production facility in Turkey as part of the onboarding process.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production activities in line with the production plan,
• Analyze production efficiency, identify improvement opportunities, and lead optimization projects,
• Manage production processes to meet quality, cost, and time targets,
• Maintain continuous communication with production teams to identify and resolve operational issues,
• Work on increasing the efficiency of machinery, equipment, and manpower,
• Prepare production reports and present them to management,
• Ensure production processes are carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations,
• Plan necessary production activities for the launch of new products,
• Participate in a comprehensive training program lasting 2 to 6 months at our production facility in Turkey, after which take an active role in our production operations in North Macedonia.
