REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Law
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
• Collecting and comparing offers for goods and services and trying to maximize cost-effectiveness, negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost-saving
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
• Maintain the office conditions and arrange necessary repairs
• Facilitating communication and forwarding information with our external accounting
• Plan corporate activities, like parties, celebrations, business travels and conferences
• Prepare, review, and process a variety of routine correspondence, reports, logs, information, paperwork, invoices, forms, agreements, invitations, and/or other related information in assigned area of responsibility
• Responsible for general HR administration - prepare paperwork for hires and terminations, update records and databases with personal, financial and other data, register new hires and manage staff holiday compliance
• Keeping of archives and business books
• Preparing monthly and annual expense reports, planning the expenditures and manage and process invoices, purchase orders and payment transactions
