A fast growing company on the American market providing new solutions for media domain.

Project Description

Custom developed software solution intended to help the national agencies in the process they use to buy advertisements with providers across multiple markets and channels. The software is offered as a service with the primary features focused on following and improving both the efficiency of the existing process and the performance of their campaigns.

The infrastructure utilizes cloud technology for hosting and scaling the software components as well as storage.

Software Development Lifecycle involves continuous integration and deployment using the market leading tools and practices.

Job responsibilities

Participate in business specification reviews
Contribute to logical and physical design of the product
Working on implementation of the software components
Review and enforce the quality of code written within your team
Helping the team in overcoming technical issues
Being able to provide guidance for the team members
Work as part of an Agile team.

Qualifications

Mandatory skills

Advanced OOP knowledge
Advanced knowledge in Java Spring (Core, MVC, Transaction Management)
Good knowledge in Hibernate
Good knowledge in software patterns and practices
Commercial experience of the full software lifecycle
Experience with database development with PostgreSQL: stored procedures, query optimization, indexing techniques
Experience in Unit Testing (Junit)/Mocking (Mockito, Powermock…)
Understanding of Unit testing concepts
Agile Scrum expertise
