Famous Hotel in Skopje is looking for a dedicated professional to join the team as:

 

                                                     F&B Operations Manager

 

The Ideal Candidate should have:

• A strong working knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations and systems
• Strong team player
• Dynamic Individual
• Exceptional communication skills
• Responsible to provide customer focused service to the guests
• Responsible for the day-to-day managemant of the hotel and its staff

 

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team
• Using great  people management skills
• Coach and inspire them to strive for excellence in all aspects of customer service
• Ensuring high levels of communication across the staff teams and departments 
• Supporting the hotel manager
• Managing the day to day responsibilities of the food and beverage operations
• Able to work flexibly as part of a management team
• Taking the lead when required
• Effective decision making
• Manage stocks and costs with operational budgets financial plans
• Recruiting, training and monitoring staff
• Administration skills

 

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in a 4 to 5 Star Hotel
• Good Knowldge of Hotel Operations
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Managemant 
• Computer Knowledge, Ms Office.
• Software's Revenue Management Systems desired
• Excellent command of MK and English language
• Negotiation and Excellent communication skills
