Process Engineer

 

Position responsibilities and duties:

• Formulating work instructions for production activities;
• Training machine operators according to work instructions, supporting them through the production process, and tracking their progress and efficiency;
• Preparing product samples for testing;
• Providing guidelines for aligning production process in compliance with established quality standards;
• Checking the quality of raw materials used;
• Providing and maintaining technical documentation necessary for the flow of technological processes;
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output;
• Manage cost and time constraints;
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions;
• Tracking and analyzing production scrap (failure mode analysis and root cause determination).

 

Required qualifications and skills:

 

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Experience in automotive industry
• Proven work experience in process engineering;
• Good understanding of technological processes, input materials and end products;
• Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment;
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all functions.
• Being proactive and responsible;
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills;
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills in English;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
