DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft various contracts (employment, sales, loans, leasing, etc.) in accordance with applicable North Macedonian law;
• Prepare legal documentation related to company organizations (notices, regulations, decisions, etc.);
• Represent the company in state institutions and resolve legal issues;
• Managing the recruitment process of employees, starting from the publication of job vacancies on various platforms, conducting interviews with candidates, and carrying out the hiring and termination procedures in accordance with the requirements set by the applicable legislation;
• Monitor changes in Business Laws and inform relevant departments
• Prepare legal documentation for representation in public/private institutions.
• Draft power of attorney and authorizations;
• Prepare documentation for participation in public/private tenders;
• Maintain contacts with clients, state and private institutions;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Law;
• Minimum three years of experience in a commercial company;
• Excellent command of English (mandatory);
• Proficiency in Office Software;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Detail-oriented and committed during working hours;
• Motivated and responsible;
• Must protect company intellectual property and confidential information;
• Preferred age: over 25 years old.
