To expand EMinds team, we are looking for two SAP Senior Analyst  for our Belgium client Roger & Roger.

Roger & Roger or as they want to say for them ‘A famouse name in snaks’ is sucessful family bussiness since 1999 with totally flet hierarhy. They are part of a bigger group that the family runs including other companies like Begro, Dico Gel, Westfro and Sugo Food and with revenue  of more than 350 milion Euros.

As they are currently in the process of migration to SAP and making all of the companies under one management system they are looking for expansion of their IT team with couple of roles including SAP Analysts.

Knowladge, responsabilities and obligations of the Ideal candidate are:

• You are responsible for designing business processes in SAP and creating the functional analysis.
  • You are eager to learn our operations and are willing to take a deep dive into our business during an intensive training on-site.
  • You are hands-on and are thinking along with the business owners.
  • You will perform the business mapping independently or in cooperation with your Belgian SAP colleagues.
  • You have knowledge of the standard processes in SAP and can find the gap with our existing business processes.
  • You’re pragmatic and able to summarize your analysis in a blueprint document.
• You know how to configure business processes in SAP and can instruct a development team if necessary.
  • Therefore, you have a general knowledge of most modules in SAP.
  • Specialization in at least one of these modules is necessary: SD, MM, PP, FI and/or CO.
  • Since we’re a hands-on company, you’ll take things in your own hands and configure the system yourself when possible.
  • If required, you can rely on internal and external partners to help working out a complete solution.
  • This will end up in specifying the exact requirements for these partners.
  • IT will be consider as a plus if you’re not scared of taking a deeper dive into SAP and to troubleshoot ABAP code.
• You will be responsible A to Z for your projects
  • During roll-out, you will be the key contact person for your business colleagues.
  • After the analysis and the configuration, you’ll also be responsible for testing, organizing internal meetings, training your colleagues, providing the necessary documentation and after-care.
  • In short, you’ll be coordinating and performing the analysis, development, implementation, and follow-up.
• Interest in interfaces, external WMS and MES software is an advantage.
  • SAP is not a stand-alone application but is linked with several other platforms such as a MES, WMS, agronomy application, EDI solution and interface middleware.
  • Because a lot of business processes extend over these other platforms, you’ll be cooperating with the respective business analysts and are eager to learn the functionalities of these platforms.
  • To offer a complete solution for the business will often require designing SAP processes in combination with the other platforms. Because most of these processes require interfacing, you will need to be able to understand and design the interfaces between them.
• Support for new and existing processes will be required
  • You are willing to learn the existing processes and to provide the necessary support to your business colleagues.
  • You have the required skills analyze a ticket but also to provide a solution and to clearly explain this solution.
  • For recurring issues or issues caused by the system, you can set up a follow-up project to eliminate the root cause.
• Project management does not scare you and you’re willing to take up a leading role in projects
  • You will make the project plans, follow up the progress and inform all stakeholders.
  • In this role, good communication skills are crucial to keep everybody aligned.
• You’re pragmatic and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You take on initiative, involve people and keep focus on the goals.
  • You have a cooperative and supportive attitude towards business and IT colleagues.
  • You have an open mindset and like thinking out of the box.
