GERMAN / ARABIC / FRENCH / ITALIAN / SPANISH / TURKISH SPEAKING AGENTS - ATHENS, GREECE

 

Responsibilities:

Your task in the customer service is to interact with customers via phone and e-mail in relation to a variety of different areas.

 

You will need:

• Fluency in one of the languages above (native) and English (writing and spoken),
• Excellent computer skills and writing speed, 
• Fluency in English, French, Italian or Swiss German an advantage,
• Excellent communication skills and a high team spirit,
• Experience in the field of customer care and technical support.
