GENERAL MANAGER

Position Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the company, including setting strategic direction, developing the market presence, and ensuring profitable and sustainable operations within the energy trading sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the company’s strategy and business plan
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Oversee electricity trading activities and monitor market trends
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team
• Represent the company before partners and institutions

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
• Experience in the energy sector or trading is considered a strong advantage
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of energy regulations is an advantage
• Excellent command of English
