We’re seeking for our qualified HR Specialist to help us to achieve our goals through your involvement in managing activities such as job design, recruitment and selection, employee communication and relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. Day to day communication with our employees and external trainers.

What you'll do:

• Employment related documentation administration (maintain records of employees, contracts, job descriptions, statements etc.)
• Full-cycle recruitment (talent sourcing, interviewing, contract)
• Onboarding on new employees and trainers
• Creating and implementing the internal HR policies and procedures and its regular updates as per Labor Law and company needs
• Identifying employee/trainers training needs, planning, organizing, realization of delivering employee learning and development plans
• Performance management
• Creation and revision of Benefits program

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
• Participate in the HR department digitalization processes
• Participate in the planning and organization of various company events
• Act as a brand ambassador
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

 

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology or human resources related field
• 2+ years of experience in the similar position (preferable in an IT industry)
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Attention to detail, able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interested in professional development and take on new challenges
• Affectionate and professional
