JOB OPENING: SENIOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Location: Skopje

About the Company:

Our client, a renowned international company with over 1,000 employees, is seeking a qualified Payroll Specialist to join their team. The company offers a dynamic and professional work environment with opportunities for growth and career development.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate salaries, contributions, and taxes in accordance with local regulations
• Process payroll and maintain accurate data entry
• Prepare reports and payroll-related documentation
• Coordinate with Finance and HR teams
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, HR, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and payroll/HR software
• Understanding of local payroll laws and regulations
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
• Professional proficiency in English
