Compass Management International is looking for Carrier Sales Representative for the office in Kumanovo.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking and tracing shipments.
• Record movement of items and shipments.
• Communicating with carriers and drivers on daily basis, making sure everything is as scheduled.
• Receive and answer calls.
• Track the pickups and deliveries.
• Provide and negotiate freight rates.
• Coordinate customer freight with motor carrier equipment.
• Communicate with carriers to schedule trucks and resolve issues.
• Monitor the shipments from its pick-up to delivery point.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work in 2nd shift
