Your Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or in the last year of studies in Psychology, HR or another related field
- Knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process and its use in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Knowledge of various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Tech-savvy with a passion for the IT industry
- Energetic, self-starter, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and someone who enjoys teamwork as well as working autonomously
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms to attract the right candidates
- Participate in candidate interviews, sitting in on screening or evaluation calls to observe, take notes, and gradually develop interviewing skills.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates, scheduling interviews and following up to keep the process moving smoothly
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job criteria
- Conduct proactive sourcing activities, including Boolean searches, to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Serve as a key contributor to the Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment efforts and assisting with day-to-day operational activities.
