                                                                            Field Service Manager

                                                                                          - Skopje -

 

 

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering
• 3+ years of professional experience in managing field maintenance or service technicians, it would be considered an advantage if you have knowledge of maintaining slot machines and roulettes.
• active knowledge of English
• excellent organization, leadership and time management skills
• reliable and honest personality with strong goal and team orientation

 

Responsibilities:

• responsibility for field service department
• planning, organizing, coordinating and managing work of service team
• controlling task execution and quality of work in service and in the field
• managing and maintaining online systems, servers and jackpot machines
• maintenance of internet, networks, audio systems, visual surveillance equipment etc.
• regular field visits and resolving complex technical issues
• managing, training and development of service technicians
• reporting to Technical Manager
