For more than 25 years FUEGO is continuously increasing its presence in MK, Alb, and Ko markets and rises up to a leadership position in its segment. Due to the further expansion of the regional operations, we are searching for:
GROUP BRAND LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR (MK/ AL/ KO)
This position is responsible for ensuring that the supply chain is efficient and effective throughout the organization. Responsibilities cover coordinating, planning and overseeing tasks and operations involving transportation activities from production to the reseller companies.
Negotiates with forwarders, logistics centers and transport agents for prices and conditions. Organizes reexport of goods from Neptun Warehouses to third parties. Works very closely with logistics managers of Neptun MKD, ALB, KOS. You will ensure that all shipments are handled quickly, safely and within budget.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in the creation of the procurement policy and guarantees full implementation of procurement policy (planning, organizing, leading and controlling activities) in direct cooperation with the Group Brand Coordinator and Group Brand Manager
- Communicates with suppliers, as well as intermediary agencies such as transport companies, insurance companies, forwarding agencies, etc.; Monitoring the offer on the market with the aim of reducing procurement costs, as well as improving and speeding up the process itself
- Ensures timely and efficient implementation of the delivery of goods in the assigned countries, as well as provision and implementation of all the documentation required for transportation and reception of the goods to the final destination
- Keeps records of all costs in order to prepare analysis which would support the strategic decisions by the management
Job Qualifications:
- Min. High school degree; University degree in the field of logistics is a strong advantage
- Min. 3 years’ experience in supply chain, transportation and logistics
- Fluency in English language is a must
- Fluency in Albanian language is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license – B category
- Excellent organizational skills, communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility and a problem-solving mindset
