Your Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is advantageous
  • Relevant knowledge and proven sales background in the technology industry
  • Experience in direct sales and solution selling with a good knowledge of the market
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Communicates well with both internal team members and customers
  • Ability to present services and company value proposition to the customer
  • Comfortable calling potential leads and setting appointments
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and independently
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving attitude
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated mindset
  • Good product knowledge
  • Good knowledge of English

Your Responsibilities

  • Increasing sales of Microsoft Dynamics products and achieving agreed on targets within the given region
  • Identifying opportunities, solution offerings, and business case to the client & involvement in the preparation of proposals
  • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.
  • Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made
  • Negotiating contracts with the aim to optimize long-term value and responsible for relationship building and account management
  • Strengthen the company’s direct sales and business development capabilities
  • Strategic planning and adapting sales conditions and promotion activities & Setting customers targets and evaluating results
  • Analyzing account profiles and potentials and sales performance-based and setting up improvements
  • Making timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availability
  • Coordination of all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/region
  • Providing customers with products and performance training
  • Providing feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and activities of competitors
