SALES AGENT (TELEPHONE SALES) 

Causal Capital Macedonia is looking for entrepreneurial, dynamic and communicative individuals with sales experience to join our sales team. 

The role entails cold-calling potential clients so only candidates with cold-calling or telesales experience will be considered in the selection process. 

Role Diversity:

• Services Marketing & Sales 70% (Cold/Warm Calling),
• Event Project Management 10%,
• Target Market Research 20%.

Required education, a Bachelor degree in one of the below:

• Business Economics (Management, Marketing or Finance),
• Business Administration,
• Human Resources,
• International Business,
• Project Management,
• Law.

Required skills:

• Excellent knowledge of English language (German/Arabic will be considered a plus),
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 or above,
• Strong communication skills,
• Active listening skills,
• Time management skills,
• High Emotional Intelligence.

Compensation model: Salary + Commission

Working week: Sunday-Thursday

Working hours: 7:30-15:30
