повеќе за компанијата »On behalf of our client, international company with more than 700 employees and annual revenue of 130 million EUR, we are offering challenging position for:
AREA SALES MANAGER
(Macedonia and Albania – Skopje)
Responsibilities:
- Managing sales activities of the products in the area;
- Understanding the business requirements of potential clients;
- Representing variety of products to key clients (B2B acquisition, up and cross sell);
- Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights;
- Generating business opportunities and establishing long-term customer base;
- Preparation of sales and development plans;
- Responsible for monitoring of payments and collection of receivable;
- Timely and accurate reporting to Sales Director.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales preferably;
- Bachelor degree;
- Previous experience in assistance business (roadside assistance, home assistance, etc.), banking, insurance, leasing or telecom sectors will be a plus;
- Sales knowledge: provocation-based sale, negotiation skills, customer orientation, acquisition experience;
- Strong ability to take initiative and act proactively;
- Analytical person with strong strategical thinking;
- Fluency in English and Albanian is essential;
- Knowledge of Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian language is a plus;
- Active driver;
- PC literacy.
