Employment Services International is looking for:

OPERATIONS MANAGER

You will be a significant part of a fast growing company specialized in fuel management that operates on the US market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Customer service & support on a daily level;
• Customer acquisition;
• Portfolio management;
• Daily use of the integrated fuel software;
• Detailed analysis by Customer;
• Managing and control of the ordering process from inception to final stage;
• Financial and liquidity management;
• Participating in the development of the business strategy;
• Development of operational plans reflected by the strategic company objectives;
• Monitoring of KPI’s and developing improvement plans;
• Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports that are presented to the Senior Management;
• Transportation market analysis with a main focus of fuel consumption and price;
• Business cycle monitoring and analysis.

What does the position require?

• University degree;
• Proven Customer service work experience of min. 3 years;
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Strong communication skills;
• Motivated, confident, self-initiative and dynamic personality.
