As a result of this partnership, teams across the business are expanding at an accelerated rate, particularly within Software Engineering.

We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to support our employer brand in North Macedonia with a particular focus on talent attraction.

You will be designing and executing the employer brand strategy to help build our reputation as an employer of choice in North Macedonia. You will create campaigns, digital recruitment marketing, and talent branding strategies, storytelling, and content creation to build brand awareness and interest from candidates in our key talent areas. You’ll work across a variety of channels including our careers website, social media and events both internal/

Colleague engagement in the Skopje Office will also form part of the role, by initiating, planning and organising internal events and initiatives, approved by different stakeholders.  

What you'll do

  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition, HR, Global R&D and Marketing team to create impactful ideas and campaigns that bring our employer brand to life aligned with our Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Develop the content marketing plan for the TA team with compelling social media content and impactful targeted ads (LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, technical and professional communities)
  • Bring the employer brand strategy to life through content creation e.g. blog articles and social media posts.
  • Research, design, implement, and measure marketing campaigns, such as live and online recruitment events, etc.
  • Proactively gather information from multiple cross-functional teams to understand different market needs, follow the local and global trends, competitors, building connections with the local communities and network 
  • Conceptualising and organising culture, employer branding initiatives and events, including cost calculation and presenting to relevant stakeholders

Experience and Skills

  • Previous employee brand/talent attraction experience within the tech industry is essential.
  • Social media is at your core, and you can demonstrate your ability to create innovative and engaging content.
  • You’re a multitasker who keeps projects on track.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Able to navigate ambiguity, take ownership and execute independently
  • A clear communicator and effective storyteller, with strong written, verbal & presentation skills in English and Macedonian
  • Ability to negotiate (this person will be the link between culture, TA and Marketing)
