We are looking for a self-driven and motivated individual to be a part of our team on the role of:
MANAGER FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
Tasks:
- Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget and general accounting
- Preparing Financial Statements
- Contact to Auditors, banks, financial authorities
- Develop and direct financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth and market opportunities and direction
- Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business development
- Set-up and/or monitor all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization
- Analyze current lending and equity relationships
- Analyze current and future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness
- Evaluate, integrate and manage the company’s financial resources and functions
- Booking of incoming invoices
- Booking of bank statements
- Debt collection activities
- Petty cash
- Administrative work
Requirements:
- University degree in economics
- Certified Accountant
- Knowledge of national accounting
- Knowledge of SAP (Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing)
- Knowledge of international accounting (IFRS/IAS)
- Knowledge of languages: Fluent English is necessary / German is special advantage
- Category „B“ drivers license
- Financial and business administration knowledge
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with ability to learn new computer systems
- Minimum 5 (five) years of previous experience at same or similar managerial positions
- Leadership skills with ability to train and develop personnel
- Must have ability to prepare and deliver effective presentation
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills to all levels of management and employees
- Competent and objective counterpart for the general management
