• Booking loads on the spot market, acquiring loads rates from customers and brokers with complete accuracy on time and hours available and needed to perform thee load;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry;
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Experience with dispatching software or systems; DAT, TMS
• Familiarity with refrigerated operation.
• Experience in customer service;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Knowledge of truck maintenance and repair is an advantage.
• Ability to keep full control over the truck and driver at all times as well as manage drivers down time and PU/DEL, assisting with any delays (Track and Trace ).
• Request detention and layover at all times when delayed.
• Driver coaching so we can adjust driver operation with company policies.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Afterhours position available.

Responsibilities:

• Assigning routes and loads to our team of skilled truck drivers;
• Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery;
• Providing real-time updates to drivers and customers regarding the status of shipments;
• Handling unforeseen issues and delays with efficiency and professionalism;
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation;
• Ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:  

• Prior experience in US market;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency with dispatch software and technology.
