KA Partners is currently hiring for the position of Service Agent – Call Center. This role supports our call center operations and focuses on delivering excellent customer service to our clients.
Job Summary
As a Service Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience through calls, emails, and chats.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain high service quality and meet performance targets
- Follow company procedures and ensure accurate information
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Working Hours
- 8-hour shifts
- 5 days per week (40 hours total)
- Schedule will be assigned based on business needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Language Requirement
- Candidates who speak German, Italian, or Dutch
