Service Agent

KA Partners is currently hiring for the position of Service Agent – Call Center. This role supports our call center operations and focuses on delivering excellent customer service to our clients.

Job Summary

As a Service Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience through calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain high service quality and meet performance targets
  • Follow company procedures and ensure accurate information
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Working Hours
  • 8-hour shifts
  • 5 days per week (40 hours total)
  • Schedule will be assigned based on business needs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Language Requirement 
  • Candidates who speak German, Italian, or Dutch
