• Practical (technical) understanding of FE, BE, system management, and infrastructure development.
• Pragmatic approach to development (no wheels reinventing, premature optimization, not building non-scalable systems, etc...)
• Commercial sense
• Ability to work with the PO on a long-term project vision
• Has held a technical leadership role in the past
