• What Your Day Will Look Like

You will speak with business owners who need support in finding the staff for their companies. There are plenty of companies in North Macedonia who cannot find workers locally and they need help from a reliable recruitment agency - they need a partner like us, Karyera Plus. We help them find reliable workers to join their companies.

Many of them work under pressure and value clear, calm communication and practical solutions. This will be your role, to explain how we can help them find the right employees; clearly, honestly, and professionally. Confidence will be built and refined together through solid communication.

We do not push or rush people. We build relationships steadily and for the long term; with our clients, and just as importantly, with you as part of our team.
