SOS Children’s Villages International for the needs of Finance & Controlling Systems unit in Innsbruck is seeking a committed

FCS Software Support Engineer (f/m)

position based in Skopje

Main duties and areas of responsibility:

• Assist end users to fully exploit software functionalities of the software products Dynamics NAV and LUCY and the ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 once in place
• Treat issues reported by the users and collaborate with the IT product team in Innsbruck to resolve issues entered into the service desk
• Establish a good relationship to software key users
• Develop and update product documentations and training material as well as conduct trainings for end users

Required knowledge and capabilities:

• Previous experience in IT service delivery, software training and key user management
• Knowledge and a working experience of at least 1 year with Dynamics NAV (ideally version 2013) would be an asset
• Professional command of MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills and command of English
• Analytical and proactive mind-set to drive best-practices and the use of common processes
• Openness for intercultural diversity

Preferred knowledge and capabilities:

• Knowledge of finance / accounting to better comprehend issues and needs of users
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX
• Attentive to details and critical thinking
• Willingness to travel to other SOS affiliates in case needed
