Causal Capital Macedonia is looking for entrepreneurial, dynamic and communicative individuals with sales experience to join our team. 

The role entails cold-calling potential clients so only candidates with cold-calling or telesales experience will be considered in the selection process. 

Compensation model: Salary + Commission

Working week: Sunday-Thursday

Working hours: 7:30-15:30

Required education: A minimum of Bachelor degree

Required skills:

• Excellent knowledge of English language (German/Arabic will be considered a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 or above
• Strong communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Time management skills
• High Emotional Intelligence
