What you’ll do:

· Own the recruitment process from initial screening to hire, ensuring a positive interaction throughout

· Proactively reach out to and screen qualified candidates based on open head counts across disciplines

· Build robust talent pipelines through research, job boards, job fairs, networking, social media, and employee referrals

· Work with People team and hiring managers to develop and maintain job specs and define key attributes required for each position

· Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across slice

· Provide hiring managers with regular updates on their open positions

· Engages in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, vendors, generalists and other stakeholders

· Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires

· Assist with other People team projects as assigned, including performance reviews, team events, etc.

Must-haves:

· 1+ years recruiting experience, in-house recruiting preferred

· Knowledge of startup industry

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

· Exposure to multiple recruiting tools and networks

· Knowledge of compensation, general HR requirements and work visas

· Experience sourcing candidates from multiple markets

· Ability to work autonomously as well as with team members in different locations

· Proactive, can-do attitude

· Excellence within the following skill areas: problem solving, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking and collaboration

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new processes
