Keitaro is hiring an Office Manager with at least 1 year of experience in this position. We develop top-notch solutions and are looking to expand our team. In your role as an office manager, your tasks will consist of coordinating and completing administrative duties, ensuring that the offices operate efficiently and smoothly, managing office supplies, organizing internal events, owning budgets, and supporting the team through administrative tasks or processes.

Required skills

• At least 1 year of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Must be a self-starter and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Organize internal events from start to finish.
• Ensure that office policy and procedures are implemented appropriately.
• Own office layout planning and office moves.
• Manage and prepare a budget for different types of activities.
• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, communication with vendors and doing research.
