Open position:
Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibilities:
• To represent the Company and to act on its behalf in relations to third parties in accordance
with the Company’s Policy and Procedures, and local regulations,
• To execute the Managing Director’s resolutions,
• Play a leadership role identifying quality improvement,
• Ensure restaurants operate according to Yum! Food Safety standards and receive regular
audits to evaluate compliance,
• Accompany those vendors in the process of Yum! Certification,
• Identify and approve suppliers,
• Be responsible for contingency plan and crisis management on Chicken and other core products,
• Partner with franchisor to identify and sign contract for 3rd party company to conduct
restaurant evaluations,
• To perform other tasks in accordance with the law and the Statue of the Company.
Qualifications:
• University Degree. (Veterinary Degree or food science)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Managerial skills, self-initiative, and creative.
• Positive attitude, professional, self-motivated. Eager to learn, participate, and contribute
however necessary with positive, “can-do” approach to assignments.
• Solid project management skills.
