HEAD OF PEOPLE MACEDONIA (HR)
ОПИС НА РАБОТНОТО МЕСТО
Work closely, coordinate, and communicate with offices in New York, Debar, and Ohrid;
Create, maintain, and improve a recruiting, hiring, and training process to grow the Slice team in Macedonia.
ПОТРЕБНИ КВАЛИФИКАЦИИ
Experience in Human Resources supervisory responsibilities;
Team structure and team size will be determined by the individual we hire for the position;
A deep understanding of the U.S. culture and work practices;
Knowledge and proficiency of the English language at a very high level;
Basic knowledge of Excel and HR software;
High level position in an English speaking HR role for a Tech company will be considered as an asset.
