Compass Management International is looking for Administrative Assistant for the office in Kumanovo.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge about invoice, rate agreement between carrier and broker, BOL/POD and the connection between it, lumper, detention, scale tickets etc.
• Data entry; uploading and resending documentation to all of companies provided on our lists that can be updated and changed as requested.
• Daily updates on specific websites that we use to upload or resend information to brokers.
• Information of the same if documentation was resend or uploaded left in our system.
• Providing information and status to collection if requested on when documentation/ NOA was sent or uploaded.
• Send invoices on bond/collections agencies.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work in 2nd shift
