BUSINESS SALES AGENT

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer acquisition 
• Ensures quality of service and level of customer satisfaction according to our company standard
• Continuous penetration of the Business market with full scope of our Products and Services
• Organizes contacts, meetings and negotiations with Business customers
• Maintains current base of Business customers
• Solves customer inquiries and complaints
• Monitors and assures customer payment behavior
• Reporting of activities and results to superiors
• Continuously improves work procedures
• Coordinates with other departments
• Realizes determined tasks, meeting deadlines

Job Requirements:

• Outstanding customer orientation paired with in-depth understanding or our product-portfolio and those of our competitors
• Customer experience will be an advantage
• Developed analytical skills support by IT and telecommunications technology knowledge 
• Team-player with a sense of humor, flexibility, quick adaptability and hands-on-attitude
• Assertiveness and the ability to win the support of others
• Fluency in English (oral and in writing) an absolute must paired with excellent communications and presentation skills
• Willingness to go the extra-mile, to meet demanding deadlines and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Valid driving license
