We are on a hunt for a new member in our team at the position: 360° Consultant – International Talent Mobility

Role Description

This is a full-time 360° degree consultant role for International Talent Mobility located in Skopje, with some flexibility for remote work. The Consultant for International Talent Mobility will be responsible for ensuring successful relocation and staffing for international businesses. The role involves assessing client needs, designing programs, creating budgets, developing relocation policies, and implementing staffing strategies.

Tasks and duties:

• Identifying and prospecting potential clients interested in International mobility (IM) services as well as other services
• Communication with clients, organization and support in selection processes, supporting the logistic of arrivals, monitoring of new needs
• Initiation and participation in procedures of issuing work permits and visas
• Cooperation with relevant ministries, state administrative organizations, representative offices of other countries
• Consulting on status issues of foreign labor/mobility of domestic labor
• Presenting solutions to clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Coordinating and overseeing the execution of services
• Resolving issues and challenges that might arise during the delivery process
• Cooperation with other departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree (Business Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related degree)
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong communication and organizational skills, patience, responsiveness and flexibility
• Excellence in recruitment field
• Active driver
