Employment Services International is looking for:

CARRIER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

This is a brokerage company operating in the transportation industry for the US market, which main objective is to help our customers find the optimized transportation solution for moving their freight while establishing fair relationships between its customers and the carriers providing the transportation services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Source and negotiate with new and existing carrier base to move our companies available loads, while building relationships for ongoing business;
• Updating Account Managers on any issues that may arise and developing a resolution for the issue;
• Dispatch and track all loads booked;
• Carrier campaigning and tracking carrier`s areas of interest;
• Making a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis;
• Think on the fly, multitask, demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Build dynamic, long lasting carrier relationships;

What does the position require?

• Ability to build and grow relationships;
• Ability to persuade, motivate and influence;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Enthusiastic and persistent;
• Goals driven;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
• More than 1 year experience in the US transportation industry.

• Work will be performed in one shift from 15:00-23:00, from Monday-Friday.
• Lucrative performance based compensation package with earnings potential of over $3,000 per month;
