Responsibilities:

• Helping customers/drivers over the road
• Organizing towing support
• Instructing maintenance vice
• Coordinating for services
• Sending reminders for due services
• Creating WO’s and data input and update in software
• Approving repairs
• Monitoring cameras.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Experienced in trucking
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work in shifts
