We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and self-starter Insurance Manager to join our growing team!  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients to provide accurate quotes and assisting them throughout onboarding.
• Conducting underwriting activities to assess risk and determine appropriate coverage.
• Generating Certificates of Insurance (COIs) based on clients' specific requests.
• Engaging in regular communication with clients approaching renewal dates, actively pursuing opportunities to enhance their coverage, and negotiating favorable value and premium rates.
• Coordinating with the accounting department to ensure seamless payment processing and setup.
• Proactively following up with clients who have encountered payment issues, including bounced payments or missing ACH transactions.
• Assisting employees with various tasks, such as calculations, operational procedures, epic system operations, license renewals, and more.
• Collaborating closely with the manager on claims management to provide efficient and effective support.
• Making necessary adjustments to premiums for clients as required.

Requirements:

• Previous knowledge of the trucking industry
• Fluent English
• Able to work 15.00 – 23.00 (US working hours)
• Insurance license issued by any US state (prefferable)
• Having a social security number will be considered an advantage
