ITD Distribucija DOO Skopje, is seeking to recruit:

Administrative Assistant in Service

Responsibilities:

• Attends the clients who comes to the service for support.
• Registers the products in the appropriate program.
• Labels the accepted products and accompanies them with the respective service order.
• Places the accepted products at the respective shelves.
• Claims the defective parts/products to the Support Service unit.
• Claims and consigns the defective parts/products.
• Registers at the Service Order Notes the information about the spare parts’ orders.
• Informs the clients to pick up the products when the service is completed.
• Gives offers and prepares the invoices for out of warranty services.
• Claims defective parts/products to supplier’s portal etc.

Candidate’s Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in similar job positions, including logistic services in similar or IT Company.
• University degree.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Team worker and ability to work under pressure.
