Key Responsibilities

 

  • Customer acquisition and first line contacts to customers;
  • Sales of one.Vip’s products and services;
  • Achievement of planned Prepaid, Postpaid and other targets for the shop;
  • Achievement of planned sales volume of terminals and equipment;
  • Solving customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction according to one.Vip’s standard.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Experience with customers;
  • In-depth knowledge of one.Vip’s products and services;
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Confident PC user (MS Office);
  • Fluency in English (oral and written);
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills in an international setting;
  • Flexible and solution-oriented;
  • Willing to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies;
  • Strong personal initiative;
  • Ability to excel under pressure, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and manage large workloads;
  • Team player with a sense of humor;
  • “Never give up” attitude.
