GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably an associate degree or bachelor’s degree graduate,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipment processes,
• Knowledgeable in goods receipt, product placement, inventory tracking, and shipment processes,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Preferably experienced in SAP or similar ERP systems,
• Knowledgeable in stocktaking, inventory control, and reporting processes,
• A forklift operator certificate is preferred,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• Careful, disciplined, and responsible,
• Turkish language skills are preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out goods receipt procedures for raw materials and auxiliary materials,
• Ensure that products are placed in the appropriate warehouse locations,
• Continuously monitor warehouse organization and inventory accuracy,
• Fulfill material requests from production departments in a timely manner,
• Organize product preparation and loading processes prior to shipment,
• Conduct periodic stock counts and ensure the accuracy of inventory records,
• Monitor warehouse entry and exit transactions through the SAP system,
• Contribute to improvement activities aimed at increasing warehouse performance and efficiency,
• Carry out warehouse operations in compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
