Motivi Employment Agency is announcing this position on behalf of our client – Spiro, a purpose-built software platform helping real estate media businesses scale with ease.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who’s ready to take ownership of complex features end-to-end—from database design to Angular UI.
You’ll work closely with the CTO and the development team to build scalable, maintainable systems that solve real-world problems for Spiro’s users.

This role is not just about shipping code—it’s about shaping how the team builds, improving architecture, and mentoring others as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using .NET Core and Angular
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ideas into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues across the stack
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical planning
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practice

Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Angular (v15+)
• Proficiency in TypeScript, RxJS, and JavaScript
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for writing maintainable and performant code

• Deliver your first full-stack feature from spec to production
• Help optimize or refactor a key part of the backend or UI
• Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements
• Pair with teammates to share knowledge and strengthen the codebase
• Help define standards for testing, documentation, and deployment
