Job Description

Agile Pro Solutions (APS), headquartered in the USA, is currently growing its team in Skopje.

For the needs of our Client in the USA, we are recruiting dynamic and motivated Accountant to manage the financial operations of a construction company. The role includes handling invoices, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Accounting (calculate, verify, and issue payments)
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable: issue invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients
• Record and reconcile financial transactions (expenses, revenues, bank statements)
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoices and payments
• Work with QuickBooks

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting, payroll, and accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and general accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
