We are a small team that's growing and we're looking for an Office Manager that will be in charge of running the day to day operations of our office. As an Office Manager, you will be:

• In charge of all logistics and act as a go-to person 
• Maintaining a high standard of organisation in the office
• Welcoming guests, answering the door and accepting mail
• Creating a fun, positive, and safe working place
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office, this includes maintaining inventory and supply levels (ordering food, drink, equipment, office supplies) as well as organising any repairs or maintenance work required
• Responsible for all administrative duties, management of personnel records and employee data
• Managing all travel at InPlayer
• Working closely with other teams to ensure alignment on employee experience 
• Assisting our CEO and COO with ongoing and special tasks and projects
• Planning of company celebrations

We're looking for: 

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications skills 
• Experience with basic office software
• Ability to communicate externally and internally in a timely fashion with high volume
• Ability to multitask a variety of projects, and pay attention to the details – all while keeping a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 10 kg 
• Exceptionally strong ownership and “can-do” attitude, requiring little guidance
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated mindset. You get stuff done!
